Submission Guidelines

  • Abstract length should be minimum 1 page to a maximum of 3 pages
  • Include as much detail as possible regarding what you intend of present in your final paper
  • The abstract category (Lecture, Tutorial, Case Study, Short Course) needs to be clearly mentioned; either as part of the abstract or in the title, for e.g. Tutorial: abstract title....

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

General Guidelines

  • Papers must be free of commercialism.
  • References to commercial products, trade names, and manufacturing companies must be avoided.
  • The focus shall be towards end users, previously published works will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Submissions should be factory or field tested and share practical (not just theoretical) information.

Lecture

  • Technical paper presentation detailing innovative Turbo Machinery / Reciprocating Compressor Technology / Methodology
  • Technical paper presentation detailing innovative Turbo Machinery / Reciprocating Compressor Technology / Methodology
  • Focus to state the advantage / impact on operational equipment for the practicing engineers.
  • 25 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A / discussion.

Tutorial

  • 25 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A / discussion.
  • Mini workshop presenting a specific technical topic.
  • Presenters are encouraged to bring in equipment for hands-on instruction / demonstration.
  • Authors are required to create a tutorial paper and presentation.
  • The tutorial paper will be published as a part of the proceedings in PDF format.

Case Study

  • A short presentation describing the successful implementation of established technology or methodology to solve real-world problems.
  • Focus to relate a Problem, its Solution(s), and the Lesson(s) Learned.
  • Allocated time: 30 minutes - (25 minutes of presentation & 5 minutes of Q&A).
  • The case study will be published as a part of the proceedings in PDF format.
