Paolo Susini is currently a Senior Seal Expertise for Compressor Seals & System at Flowserve. Paolo 
joined Flowserve in 2014 as senior technical sales engineer and has experience in the turbomachinery 
industry as centrifugal compressor design engineer with Baker Hughes NP since late ‘80s. From early 
‘90s, he was primarily focused on DGS and Support System design and development, site 
troubleshooting / RCA and principal technical trainer for BHNP. He was part of the task force 
committee for the API692 first edition, from 2009 to 2014.
