Mariam is a distinguished Project Engineering Manager with over nine years of experience at ADNOC Onshore. She began her career as a Mechanical Engineer, spending eight years in one of ADNOC’s only in-house engineering teams, where she specialized in conceptual and FEED projects. In October 2023, Mariam advanced to her current managerial position, overseeing three of ADNOC’s most significant and critical projects. She leads a team of over 30 professional engineers across various disciplines, where she makes critical decisions and resolves bottlenecks daily. Mariam has presented at RoTIC Symposium twice, with her latest technical presentation in 2023 focusing on High Pressure CO2 Compressors. She will now serve as a guest speaker to share her insights on her role as a prominent female figure in the Oil and Gas Industry.
