About Johannes Wolf

Johannes Wolf is the Global Technical Lead for Compressor Sealing Technology at Flowserve, where he has worked for over nine years. He started his career in the compressor seal R&D team, contributing to product
development and specialized dry gas seal (DGS) technology projects, before moving into broader compressor seal product development. In his current role, he oversees global R&D initiatives, seal design and standards, technical training, and troubleshooting
support. Johannes holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Gelsenkirchen, Germany (now WHS), and a Master’s degree in Materials Science from the Politehnica University of Timișoara, Romania.
