Jan Jouke Melchers is the Head of Engineering at NMES (the Field services and repair
solution of ACWA Power), based in Dubai. With a strong technical foundation and a
strategic mindset, Jan Jouke leads cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering
solutions that drive NMESs business growth in the Power and Renewables domain globally.
Reporting to, and working closely with Harald Schmit, he plays a pivotal role in shaping
the company’s engineering vision and execution. Known for his collaborative leadership
