About Eng Muneera Alblooshi

Eng. Muneera Abdulkarim is the Director of Projects for the Western Region at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates.
With extensive experience in managing government infrastructure projects, she has led numerous initiatives focused on sustainable design, efficient project delivery, and enhancing the built environment in alignment with national goals.
She is also a strong advocate for empowering women in engineering and leadership roles within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
