Mechanical Equipment Engineer
Mr. Mayed is an experienced Mechanical Equipment Engineer with a strong background in
the maintenance, overhauling, upgrades, and commissioning of rotating machinery. With
more than 5 years of professional experience, he has developed proven expertise in
troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of
critical rotating assets.
In his current capacity, he is responsible for overseeing rotating equipment in ADNOC
ONSHORE North East BAB Field, where he provides technical leadership, strategic
guidance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
At this conference, he will deliver a presentation on:
“How to Avoid Infant Mortality Issues of Rotating Equipment.” His session will highlight
practical strategies, methodologies, and lessons learned aimed at reducing early-life failures,
strengthening equipment reliability, and extending lifecycle performance.
