Retrofit Specialist Middle East & CIS
– Responsible for Retrofits and upgrades businesses in Russia and Caspian region (CIS);
– Supporting Retrofit Sales Director EMEA and Head of PS Russia & CIS on generating strategic
plans for delivering sales growth regarding retrofits;
– Supporting local Sulzer service center to develop retrofit prospects, generated through pump’s
– Conducting energy audits of the customers pump equipment, assessing efficiency of equipment,
carrying out payback calculations and defending against the customer;
– Accompanying the customer during pilot test period, assessing the efficiency of equipment and
comparing the results achieved with existing equipment;
– Development and implementation of digital solutions at customer sites to improve the reliability
and efficiency of pumping equipment;
– Salesforce lead within EMEA region (retrofit business). Dashboards creating and handling;
– Participating in technical forums with the End users, customer visits, technical support, etc.;
– Driving local regional sales team to work in line with the strategic retrofit plan in the region;
– Responsible for Retrofit sales forecast, reporting for nominated sales territory;
– Independent handling the projects from initial to manufacturing stage;
– Acting as main contact for all retrofit sales related activities for the customers;
– Support of the Regional management in business development for spare parts and service of
– Promoting and supporting marketing initiatives to increase market knowledge on Sulzer Retrofit
– Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies,
especially in relation to the retrofit.
