Graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Munich University of Applied Science. Started his business career in 1988 as an R&D Engineer at EagleBurgmann.
Participated in the development of the EB Dry Gas Seal. Took over the responsibility for the development of the EB Product Portfolio in various management roles in the Engineering of Compressor Seals and later in the Engineering of Pump Seals.
