Sales and Operations Director
Tom Langezaal is the Sales and Operations Director at Control-Care, where he has been a key
member since 2006. Before joining Control-Care, he held several management positions in the after-
sales and service industry.
His career began as an international field services control engineer, specializing in turbomachinery
control systems. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Tom has built a strong foundation in the
application and design of turbomachinery control systems for Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Today, although focussing on sales, he remains actively involved in applying control strategies and
solutions on DCS platforms for the energy, chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and many
other industries worldwide.
