RoTIC Awards

The RoTIC Awards honor the brightest minds, pioneering innovations, and outstanding 
achievements in the rotating machinery sector across the Middle East. These prestigious 
awards are presented as part of the annual Middle East Rotating Machinery Technology and 
Innovation Symposium, bringing together professionals, engineers, researchers, and 
industry leaders.

Nomination Framework

Nominations for the ME RoTIC Awards 2025 should follow the guidelines below. Each 
submission will be reviewed by the Technical Awards Committee composed of seasoned 
experts in the field of rotating machinery. 

Eligibility:

  • Individuals, teams, organizations, and institutions contributing to the rotating machinery field.​
  • Nominations can be self-submitted or proposed by third parties.
  • Contributions must be relevant to the Middle East market or operations.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Innovation and uniqueness
  • Technical complexity and problem-solving
  • Measurable impact and results
  • Sustainability and scalability
  • Leadership and collaboration

Submission Requirements:

  • Completed nomination form.
  • Executive summary (max 500 words).
  • Supporting documents (project reports, photos, media, or endorsements).
  • Proof of impact or achievement (KPIs, data, testimonials).

Submission Deadline:

  • All nominations must be submitted by August 15, 2025.
