Naji Mohammed Al-Yuhaybi is a seasoned engineering professional with over 11 years of extensive experience in equipment reliability, asset performance
management, and strategic project execution within the oil and gas refining sector.
He currently serves as the Lead Area Maintenance Engineer at SASREF (Saudi
Aramco Jubail Refinery Company), where he drives operational excellence, safety,
and asset longevity for critical plant infrastructure.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Naji bridges the gap between technical
reliability execution and senior asset governance. He holds an elite suite of globally
recognized certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP®),
Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA2), Certified Maintenance & Reliability
Professional (CMRP), and Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).
Driven by a passion for predictive technologies and root-cause defense, Naji is also
a certified Vibration Analyst (CAT II) and a Certified TapRooT® Leader. His
comprehensive expertise spans the entire lifecycle of industrial assets—from
managing high-risk capital engineering projects and refinery turnarounds to auditing
organization-wide asset systems against ISO 55001 standards.
