Abdullah Al Abri is the Vice President of Technical Services at OQ Refineries & Petrochemicals

and reliability initiatives across OQ RPI’s operations, supporting the safe, efficient, and sustainable
performance of the company’s assets.
Abdullah brings around 20 years of experience across mega projects, maintenance, and engineering
services in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. Throughout his career, he has held a range of
technical and leadership roles focused on project execution, engineering excellence, maintenance
strategy, and operational excellence.
He is a strong advocate for innovation, digital transformation, and capability development, working
to integrate advanced technologies and best practices into OQ RPI’s technical functions. Abdullah is
